2SkyMobile LLC is a technology platform and connectivity infrastructure provider. 2SkyMobile LLC operates as a software layer enabling orchestration, provisioning, and management of mobile connectivity services.
2. No Network Ownership
2SkyMobile LLC is incorporated in the State of Delaware, United States, and operates on a B2B / wholesale basis only.
2SkyMobile LLC does not own, operate, or maintain any telecommunications network infrastructure. We do not hold telecommunications operator licenses and do not function as a mobile network operator (MNO) or mobile virtual network operator (MVNO).
All connectivity services are delivered through licensed third-party telecommunications operators and network partners.
3. Reliance on Third-Party Operators
Service delivery depends on the availability and performance of third-party mobile network operators, roaming partners, and infrastructure providers. These include:
- Cloud infrastructure providers hosting platform services
- eSIM platform providers managing profile provisioning
- Roaming hub providers facilitating international connectivity
- Mobile network operators providing radio access and core network services
2SkyMobile LLC has no control over the operational decisions, network configurations, or service policies of third-party operators.
4. No Coverage Guarantees
2SkyMobile LLC does not guarantee:
- Compatibility with all device types or configurations
- Roaming availability in all destinations
- Specific network speeds, latency, or performance levels
- Continuous or uninterrupted network availability
- Geographic coverage in any specific country or region
Coverage, performance, and availability are subject to the capabilities and decisions of underlying network operators and may change without prior notice.
5. Emergency Services Disclaimer
Services provided through the 2SkyMobile LLC platform may not support access to emergency services (e.g., 911, 112, or equivalent). Partners and their end users should not rely on connectivity services provided through this platform for emergency communications.
Partners are responsible for informing their end users of this limitation and ensuring alternative means of emergency communication are available.
6. Regulatory Status
Partners using the platform for resale or distribution of connectivity services are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all necessary regulatory approvals, licenses, and registrations in their respective jurisdictions.
7. Service Modifications
2SkyMobile LLC may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time due to changes in operator agreements, regulatory requirements, or business considerations.
